Most items are shipped within 24 hrs. of request unless
item is temporarily out of stock and must be drop shipped from another location.
In cases of drop shipping this can take up from 48 hrs to 14 days.
Shipping & Handling
CeralVoIP will deliver your order anywhere in Mountain View, California.
CeralVoIP uses an average cost method for calculating shipping costs
online. We only ship Orders within the U.S. Please call or contact
us if you have any questions.
All shipping services are provided using UPS and we offer UPS
Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. Because of
our central location, UPS Ground is the recommended shipping service for
customers in the Midwest, Southeast, Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas. UPS Ground
takes only two days for delivery in those regions.
UPS delivery
services are delivered "curbside", or to the front of the building at the
specified address. If you have special needs for delivery that require
transporting items indoors or to specified locations please contact us.
UPS will not deliver to P.O. box addresses (unless privately
owned).
Payment Methods
Payments are accepted in
U.S. dollar denominations by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. All orders
are shipped once payment via these methods has been confirmed.

simply the CPE we offer a variety of onsite and remote installation and
troubleshooting services. Please call or contact us for assistance with your

Damaged Products
Products bought at CeralVoIP are covered with manufacturer's
normal use warranty. If the non-usability of the product is deemed to
be manufacturer's defect, CeralVoIP will replace that product free of
charge or completely refund your purchase. The date the product
was delivered must also be determined to qualify for warranty coverage.
If the product is determined to be damaged upon your receipt you are
not liable for any shipping costs and we will completely refund you or
replace the equipment free of shipping.
30-Day Return Policy
We make it simple and convenient to return purchases. If you wish
to return an item we must first determine if
the product you purchased is returnable. This means the item
must be in a similar condition to how it was delivered to you. Please
include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with
the product to avoid any additional fees. If not, a missing item
or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the
original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals
(i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).
Typically, our minimum charge for re-stocking fee is
10%. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the equipment
is defective or the order was filled incorrectly. If you are not
satisfied with your order because the order was filled
incorrectly, we will either replace the items you need or refund you
fully.
An Return Merchandise Authorization is needed for all
returns. Please contact our return department at (650) 331-8658 for an
RMA.
Order Cancellation
Just call us as soon as you can and we will cancel the order, if the item has not been shipped yet.
Orders may be cancelled at
anytime without penalty prior to shipment. Because shipment is usually performed
within 24 hrs., immediate contact is neccessary to stop orders without incurring
shipping costs. If you wish to cancel your order after it has shipped you will
be responsible for round trip shipping charges.
Warranty
CeralVoip products are covered under the manufacturer's normal use
warranty. We have tested all of our
products offerings to make sure they will live up to the standards of integrity, and that they will continue to
work properly as according to manufacturer's claim.
